Built as a full evening, and it pares down cleanly when a programme needs it.

Two hours is the ceiling, and a two-hour performance is always split. Four voices carry every minute with no instrumental section to rest behind — the limit protects the show.
Book it a year out
Holiday programming is decided early. A presenter locking a December 2027 slot is usually making that call in the first months of 2027, often at the January conferences — well before anyone is thinking about Christmas. December 2028 is open too.
